Plank Road takes its name from the historic road that once connected Green Bay to Fond du Lac — the same spirit of bringing people together is still the whole point.
Where the Name Comes From
In the 1850s, a plank road cut through this part of Wisconsin, connecting communities along what's now the Fox River Trail. We built a gathering place on that same idea — that good roads, like good restaurants, bring people together.
More Than a Neighborhood Bar
Live music on the main stage, trivia Wednesdays, karaoke Thursdays, a packed patio in summer — Plank Road fits it all under one roof.
Scratch-Made, Every Day
From golden cheese curds and loaded burgers to glazed salmon and brisket over grits — everything made in-house, from scratch. The pepperoni pizza speaks for itself.
A Serious Bourbon Program
Pick from our curated flight list or build your own. Half-off wines every Thursday and craft beer on tap round out a bar program that goes well beyond the usual.
De Pere Is the Point
Plank Road isn't trying to be a destination restaurant — it's trying to be your restaurant, the one you default to on a Friday night or bring friends to when they're visiting. Pull up a seat and stay a while.
